The project consists of three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, recreation room, and open family room, living room, kitchen, and dining area. The interior finish’s reflect the coastal environment and new exterior materials blend an overall transitional aesthetic. The use of contrasting exterior materials ,including stucco and new wood siding, serve and highlight the facade's box bays and inset geometries.
