Followed by the success of the 72 and Sunny Building 1 (Creative Studio and Offices) in 2013 and Building 2 (Auditorium and Edit Bays) in 2015, representing 72 and Sunny Building 2.25 (Sound Studios and Edit Bay Expansion) was truly an experience! The expansion of the sound studios, edit bays, workspace, reception, and client restroooms is the latest addition to the 72 campus. 72 and Sunny now internally has the ability to generate, review, and pitch campaigns to clients under their own roof. The upstairs and downstairs client restrooms are elegant and truly something unique to the 72 and Sunny experience.
