Developed by Arroyo Hill Development, Inc, the Playa Vista Creative Environment looks to establish a creative tenant. The project includes a new exterior shell, new roof monitors for natural daylighting, new mezzanine, and new base building system upgrades. The exterior landscape was also integrated to the architecture and eco-friendly civil requirements.
