CJE Senior Life, Corporate HQ

Chicago, Illinois
SIZE: 24,000 SF  I  SERVICES: PLANNING, ARCHITECTURE, INTERIOR DESIGN

To support a new image and program lineup launched by Council for Jewish Elderly (CJE), Perkins Eastman was retained by JFMC Facilities Corporation (FacCorp) to develop a program for the renovation of approximately 24,000 sf of corporate office space for CJE in FacCorp’s Bernard Horwich building.

The design team evaluated the program in a variety of test-fit schemes addressing the client’s goals to embrace CJE’s new image; improve operational efficiencies; make the space more comfortable, attractive, and amenable to staff growth; and improve security. The roll out of the new corporate office space coincides with CJE’s new logos and programs. Perkins Eastman also provided interior furniture selection for more than 100 open work stations, four conference rooms, and 20 offices. The design team coordinated reused furniture with new purchases.
