During the design process with the building owner, a new tenant signed a lease for the fourth and fifth floor. Redesigning the fourth floor and furthering to develop out gumgum's aesthetics became the scope of the project. The concept was to create an open floor plan and develop the office branding of gumgum. The overall space is made up of: concrete floors, walls, and ceilings. The exterior windows are steel with single pane glass. These existing conditions influenced the overall interior design by incorporating steel windows at the offices and conference rooms. The open area includes both open bech workstation seating as well as separate ancillary seating groups. In addition- a new large kitchen area was created with expanded seating and work spaces.
