Phase 1 remodeled the original residence and converted the single-family residence into a two-unit condo. It was important to retain/ enhance the existing Spanish style architecture while integrating upgrades and building repairs. Phase 2 is adding two new additional units and garage to the rear of the property. The architecture is following the existing Spanish style character, so the old and new design elements will complement each other. The new units have open floor plans, high ceilings, and large windows to create an abundance of natural light throughout.
