MullenLowe, a creative advertising agency, acquired two floors of a building in El Segundo, seeking to develop an open office concept that would incorporate familiar residential qualities and features. From its earliest collaboration, the expressive use of existing concrete walls, ceilings and floors were taken advantage of. Additionally, glass has been used for transparency and privacy, along with the instillment of warm wood throughout. The El Segundo office patterns of wood on the walls, wood slat ceilings, and wood furniture throughout - promotes a cozy, warm, and inviting atmosphere that celebrates an endless environment to create.
