Pacshore Partners

Pacshore acquired the building in 2012, in partnership with Boston-based Alcion Ventures. They spent three years restoring, updating and seismically retrofitting the 60,000 sq ft. property. The scope of the project was to re-purpose a portion of the third floor and the entire fourth floor. During the design process, a tenant leased the fourth floor, which left the third floor to be re-designed as a single tenant spec suite. The concept design was to create an open floor plan and creative work environment.
