Growing advertising agency, MullenLowe, has expanded upon their previous space and moved into the vacant tenant space at 2121 Park Place. The overall design is an open plan with perimeter offices and support spaces including a work center, phone rooms, library, and open kitchen. The design concept was to create an elegant and everlasting environment that integrates both current and future amenities. This was accomplished by designing and integrating familiar residential qualities and details which bring warmth and comfort to the space.
